Karachi is PostEx's largest market in Pakistan — both by parcel volume and by network density. The city has more PostEx hubs, more rider routes, and more Same-Day-eligible neighbourhoods than any other in the country. This guide lists every PostEx office in Karachi, the helpline numbers that route to each, the areas they cover, and how merchants and buyers actually use the network in Pakistan's commercial capital.

PostEx — PECHS Hub (Central Karachi)

PostEx Same-Day Delivery in Karachi
Karachi has the deepest Same-Day coverage in the PostEx network. An order placed by a buyer before 11:00am can be delivered the same evening across most of the city — DHA, Clifton, PECHS, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, Korangi, and the inner commercial zones are all routinely served same-day.
Practical notes for Karachi sellers:
- Same-Day eligibility is tied to your merchant plan. Check your merchant dashboard to confirm.
- The 11am cut-off is hard. Orders booked after that move to next-day delivery.
- For DHA Phase 1 / Clifton / PECHS clusters, Same-Day windows are often 3–5 hours when rider density is high.
- Outer zones (Gadap, Bahria Town, Bin Qasim) are not Same-Day eligible — they route through the regional hub for next-day delivery.
For sellers — using PostEx Karachi
Karachi is home to thousands of Pakistani e-commerce sellers — from Daraz vendors and Shopify storefronts to Instagram-based fashion and beauty brands operating out of DHA, Clifton, and Gulshan. The default workflow:
- Log in to the merchant dashboard and create your shipment.
- Generate the load sheet and schedule a pickup. Karachi has the highest rider density in the network, so pickups typically happen within 4–12 hours of scheduling.
- Hand parcels to the rider. They scan and move them to the nearest hub (PECHS for central/south, Korangi for east).
- From there, parcels are sorted for intercity dispatch or local rider routes.
For high-volume merchants shipping 50+ parcels a day — especially during Black Friday, 11.11, or Eid surges — direct hub drop-off at PECHS or Korangi is faster than rider pickup. Arrange it through your account manager or by calling the UAN.

For buyers — what to do if delivery fails in Karachi
If you're a Karachi buyer and a PostEx parcel hits "Consignee Not Available" or "Delivery Attempted", the rider will normally retry the next working day. If you want to collect from the hub instead:
- Call the UAN (042) 111-786-227 with your tracking number and request hub-pickup.
- Operations marks the parcel for collection at the nearest hub (PECHS or Korangi based on the delivery address) and shares the gate details.
- Visit within 48–72 hours of the failed delivery. Bring your CNIC; the name on the parcel must match.
- After 72 hours of no pickup, parcels are typically marked for return-to-origin.
Why Karachi is PostEx's flagship market
A few reasons Karachi is PostEx's busiest network city:
- 20+ million population — Pakistan's largest urban consumer market.
- Port City logistics — Karachi Port and Bin Qasim Port handle most of Pakistan's import flows. Inbound consumer goods often start their journey here.
- E-commerce concentration — Daraz HQ, foodpanda Pakistan, and most large online retailers are based in or operate primarily out of Karachi.
- Affluent buyer base — DHA, Clifton, and Bahria Town generate disproportionately high COD volume per capita.
- Manufacturing + wholesale — SITE, Korangi Industrial Area, and Landhi host thousands of SME exporters and wholesalers who use PostEx for B2B intra-city moves.
This concentration explains why PostEx invests heavily in Karachi rider density and runs the most aggressive Same-Day windows here.
