When you enter a tracking number, we send it to the public tracking endpoint to retrieve status information. We may temporarily cache the result for up to a few minutes to speed up repeat lookups, but we do not link tracking numbers to any visitor identity. We never collect your phone number, address, name, or order amount.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are rotated and deleted on a routine schedule.

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal analytics to understand how the site is used (page views, broad device type, country). We do not use these analytics to identify individual users.

Third-party advertising

When you track a parcel, your tracking number is sent to the public tracking endpoint of the relevant courier. Their privacy practices govern their handling of that data.

This site is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
