What is PostEx bulk tracking?

PostEx bulk tracking means looking up the live status of several PostEx parcels at the same time — usually by pasting a list of tracking numbers into one form. If you ship even ten parcels a day, checking each one individually on the merchant dashboard or through SMS templates becomes a real time sink. Bulk tracking solves that by giving you a single dashboard for many shipments at once.

Limits & privacy

What we do — and what we don't do

  • 30 tracking numbers per batch. Above that, the upstream PostEx endpoint can get rate-limited, which would hurt every user. Run a second batch if you have more.
  • No login. No signup. No daily quota. Anyone can use the tool, any number of times, no questions asked.
  • No storage of your tracking numbers. The lookup is stateless. We do not log them with any identifier that could trace back to you. Close the tab — your data is gone.
  • Only whitelisted fields are exposed. Even though the upstream PostEx response contains COD amounts, customer phone numbers, full names and delivery addresses, our backend strips all of that out. We only ever return tracking number, customer first name (reduced to "Ayesha G." style), pickup date, and the status events. This is non-negotiable.
  • Independent and third-party. postextracking.pk is not affiliated with PostEx (Pvt) Ltd. We exist to make their public tracking data faster and easier to use for buyers and sellers.

For shipment issues that go beyond reading the tracking status — a missing parcel, a COD discrepancy, a refund — you need to contact PostEx directly. The official channels are:

  • PostEx UAN (main helpline): (042) 111-786-227 — covers all shipment queries across Pakistan.
  • Legacy Call Courier helpline: 042-111-786-785 — still active after the 2022 acquisition. Routes to the same support team.
  • Email: support@postex.pk — written queries get answered within one working day during Mon–Sat hours.
  • Merchant dashboard ticket system: merchant.postex.pk — fastest channel for active sellers.

On the question of a PostEx WhatsApp number: PostEx does not publish an official customer-service WhatsApp line. Any WhatsApp number circulating online that claims to be PostEx and asks for your password, OTP or payment is a phishing attempt. Stick to the UAN, the email, and the merchant dashboard.

How many PostEx tracking numbers can I paste at once?
Up to 30 per batch. The limit exists to keep response times fast and to protect the upstream PostEx endpoint from being rate-limited. If you have more than 30 parcels, just run a second batch — there is no daily quota.
What format should the tracking numbers be in?
PostEx tracking numbers are 14 digits (current format) or CX-prefixed (legacy). You can paste them separated by newlines, commas, semicolons, or spaces — the bulk tracker auto-detects and normalises each one. Duplicates are removed automatically.
Can I export the bulk tracking results?
Yes. After your lookup completes, click Export CSV to download a spreadsheet with the tracking number, status, status code, last-update timestamp, age in days and customer first name (when available). The CSV opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and every other spreadsheet app.
What does the 'Stuck' label mean?
A parcel is flagged as Stuck if the most recent tracking scan is older than 3 days and the parcel is not yet Delivered or in an exception state. It is a fast way to surface the orders that need your attention out of a long list — usually the ones a buyer has already started asking about.
Does bulk tracking work for Call Courier parcels?
Yes. Since PostEx acquired Call Courier in August 2022, both networks share one tracking backend with the same 14-digit format. Paste Call Courier numbers into the same bulk form and they'll resolve correctly.
Is my data stored when I use bulk tracking?
No. We never store the tracking numbers you paste, never log them with personally identifying information, and never share them. The lookup is stateless — close the tab and the data is gone. We are an independent third-party tool with strict privacy as a core constraint.
Why is bulk tracking faster than checking the PostEx merchant dashboard?
The merchant dashboard is designed for shipment management — creating orders, printing labels, reconciling COD — and isn't optimised for fast status lookups. What is the PostEx WhatsApp number?
PostEx does not publish an official WhatsApp customer-service number. The primary contact channel is the UAN (042) 111-786-227 for shipment queries, support@postex.pk for written queries, and the merchant dashboard ticket system for sellers. Beware of WhatsApp numbers claiming to be PostEx that ask for your password or payment — those are phishing.
What is the PostEx courier contact number?
(042) 111-786-227 is the main PostEx UAN, covering shipment queries across Pakistan. The legacy Call Courier helpline 042-111-786-785 is also still active and routes to the same support team.
