PostEx bulk tracking
in seconds.
Paste up to 30 PostEx tracking numbers at once. See live status for every parcel, filter by Delivered, In Transit, Stuck or Exception, and export the result as CSV. Free, no login, built for Pakistani e-commerce sellers.
What is PostEx bulk tracking?
PostEx bulk tracking means looking up the live status of several PostEx parcels at the same time — usually by pasting a list of tracking numbers into one form. If you ship even ten parcels a day, checking each one individually on the merchant dashboard or through SMS templates becomes a real time sink. Bulk tracking solves that by giving you a single dashboard for many shipments at once.
On this page, you can paste up to 30 PostEx tracking numbers — newline, comma or space separated — and our tool calls the same public PostEx tracking endpoint that the official postex.pk tracker uses, returning a single sortable, filterable, exportable view. No login. No signup. No daily quota. We do not store your tracking numbers anywhere; close the tab and the data is gone.
Bulk tracking is most useful for the people running Pakistani e-commerce in 2026: Instagram and Facebook shop owners, Daraz vendors, Shopify and WooCommerce store operators, fulfilment-team leads, and accountants doing COD reconciliation at the end of each week. If you regularly ask "how many of last week's orders are still in transit?" or "which of these 20 parcels has been Stuck for three days?" — this tool is built for you.
How PostEx bulk tracking works
Three steps. No signup. No app.
- 01Paste tracking numbers
Paste up to 30 PostEx tracking numbers separated by newlines, commas, semicolons or spaces. The tool normalises duplicates automatically.
- 02Hit Track All
We look up every parcel in parallel chunks against the PostEx public tracking endpoint. Results stream in as they arrive — usually under 5 seconds for 30 numbers.
- 03Filter, copy, export
Filter by Delivered, In Transit, Stuck, Exception or Error. Copy the table to clipboard, or export everything to a CSV for your records.
What makes our bulk tracker different
The PostEx merchant dashboard is built for shipment management — creating orders, generating load sheets, printing labels, reconciling COD. It is not optimised for fast bulk status lookups. Our tool fills that gap with seller-specific features that the official dashboard either doesn't have, or buries behind multiple clicks.
Paste a list of up to 30 tracking numbers. Run another batch immediately if you have more. No daily quota.
One click to see only Delivered, In Transit, Stuck (no scan in 3+ days), Exception or Error rows. Solves long-list overwhelm.
Automatic flag for parcels with no scan in 3+ days that aren't yet Delivered or in an exception. Surfaces the orders that need your attention.
Download the full result set with status, status code, last-update timestamp, age in days and customer first name. Opens in Excel, Sheets, Numbers.
We never store your tracking numbers. The lookup is stateless and ephemeral. Your data isn't shared, logged with identifiers, or sold.
We use the same public PostEx tracking endpoint as the official site — but stripped of dashboard chrome and focused on speed.
Who needs PostEx bulk tracking?
When a buyer DMs 'where is my order?' you can check all your live shipments in one screen and reply with confidence — even without opening the merchant dashboard.
Daraz seller centre tracks Daraz orders only. For sellers who fulfil their own shipping via PostEx in parallel, bulk tracking gives you the full picture.
Pull the tracking numbers from your last 30 orders, paste them in, and immediately see what's delivered, in transit, stuck or returning.
Spotting Returned and Exception parcels in one pass is the most efficient way to handle re-shipments and customer comms.
During Black Friday, 11.11 and Eid surges, the volume of 'where is my parcel?' tickets multiplies. Bulk tracking turns a 20-minute audit into a 20-second one.
Front-line CS reps don't always have merchant-dashboard access. Bulk tracking gives them a fast, read-only way to verify shipment status before they reply to a customer.
Bulk tracking vs the PostEx merchant dashboard
The PostEx merchant dashboard is the right tool when you're managing shipments — creating orders, generating AWBs, reconciling COD, raising tickets. Our bulk tracker is the right tool when you're checking shipments — fast read-only status across many parcels at once. Both have their place; here's the side-by-side.
| Task | Merchant dashboard | Bulk tracking (this tool) |
|---|---|---|
| Create a new shipment | Yes | No — by design |
| Print AWB labels and load sheets | Yes | No |
| Check status of many orders at once | Slow | Fast (30 in seconds) |
| Filter to only Stuck parcels | No native filter | One click |
| Export to CSV | Yes (limited) | Yes (one click) |
| COD reconciliation and payouts | Yes | No — dashboard only |
| Login required | Yes (KYC) | No |
| Works on a colleague's laptop | Needs your password | Yes (no login) |

What we do — and what we don't do
- 30 tracking numbers per batch. Above that, the upstream PostEx endpoint can get rate-limited, which would hurt every user. Run a second batch if you have more.
- No login. No signup. No daily quota. Anyone can use the tool, any number of times, no questions asked.
- No storage of your tracking numbers. The lookup is stateless. We do not log them with any identifier that could trace back to you. Close the tab — your data is gone.
- Only whitelisted fields are exposed. Even though the upstream PostEx response contains COD amounts, customer phone numbers, full names and delivery addresses, our backend strips all of that out. We only ever return tracking number, customer first name (reduced to "Ayesha G." style), pickup date, and the status events. This is non-negotiable.
- Independent and third-party. postextracking.pk is not affiliated with PostEx (Pvt) Ltd. We exist to make their public tracking data faster and easier to use for buyers and sellers.
PostEx courier contact numbers
For shipment issues that go beyond reading the tracking status — a missing parcel, a COD discrepancy, a refund — you need to contact PostEx directly. The official channels are:
- PostEx UAN (main helpline): (042) 111-786-227 — covers all shipment queries across Pakistan.
- Legacy Call Courier helpline: 042-111-786-785 — still active after the 2022 acquisition. Routes to the same support team.
- Email: support@postex.pk — written queries get answered within one working day during Mon–Sat hours.
- Merchant dashboard ticket system: merchant.postex.pk — fastest channel for active sellers.
On the question of a PostEx WhatsApp number: PostEx does not publish an official customer-service WhatsApp line. Any WhatsApp number circulating online that claims to be PostEx and asks for your password, OTP or payment is a phishing attempt. Stick to the UAN, the email, and the merchant dashboard.
