Since the acquisition, the two operations have been fully merged. Call Courier's website (callcourier.com.pk) now 301-redirects to postex.pk/tracking. The Call Courier merchant dashboard, fleet, hubs and sorting infrastructure are part of one unified PostEx network. The Call Courier helpline is still in service, but customer support, COD reconciliation and merchant onboarding all run through PostEx systems.

Call Courier was one of the first Pakistani couriers to standardise this format, rolling it out in July 2021. - 1Wait one full working day
Scans happen at hub points, not continuously. A static status for a few hours is normal — sometimes 12–24 hours between intercity scans.
- 2Re-check the tracking number
