What happened to Call Courier?

Call Courier was acquired by PostEx in August 2022, in a landmark deal that reshaped Pakistan's e-commerce logistics market. Founded in 2003 as part of the Excel Group, Call Courier had grown into one of the country's largest domestic courier networks. PostEx — a Lahore-based fintech-plus-logistics startup founded in 2020 — acquired the company to instantly expand from 100+ cities to 650+ cities nationwide, becoming Pakistan's largest e-commerce delivery provider overnight.

Since the acquisition, the two operations have been fully merged. Call Courier's website (callcourier.com.pk) now 301-redirects to postex.pk/tracking. The Call Courier merchant dashboard, fleet, hubs and sorting infrastructure are part of one unified PostEx network. The Call Courier helpline is still in service, but customer support, COD reconciliation and merchant onboarding all run through PostEx systems.

For tracking, this means one simple thing: your Call Courier tracking number is tracked exactly the same way as a PostEx tracking number. Same 14-digit format, same status codes, same scan points. Whether your seller booked the parcel as "Call Courier" or "PostEx", the answer comes from the same backend — and that's exactly what this page queries.

How Call Courier tracking works

Three steps. No registration. No app.

  1. 01
    Find your number

Check the SMS, email or WhatsApp message from the seller. Call Courier tracking numbers are 14 digits long.

  2. 02
    Paste it in

Type or paste your consignment number into the form above. Copy-paste is best to avoid typos.

  3. 03
    Get the answer

Hit Track. You'll see the latest status, the full scan history, and timestamps for every move.

Format

Call Courier tracking number — what it looks like and where to find it

A modern Call Courier tracking number is 14 digits long, numeric only. Example: 28573680002427. Call Courier was one of the first Pakistani couriers to standardise this format, rolling it out in July 2021. After the PostEx acquisition the same 14-digit format was retained, so old Call Courier numbers and new PostEx numbers look identical.

Where to find your Call Courier tracking number:

  • The dispatch SMS from the seller (sent to the phone number on the order).
  • The order confirmation email, often labelled "AWB" or "Tracking number".
  • WhatsApp messages from the seller — most Pakistani Instagram and Facebook shops share it directly.
  • Your Daraz, Shopify or WooCommerce order page.
  • The receipt or sticker on the parcel itself, if you've already received a partial shipment.

If none of these have it, message the seller. They always have it on their PostEx merchant dashboard. Without the consignment number, no Call Courier parcel can be tracked — by anyone.

Statuses

What each Call Courier tracking status means

Because Call Courier and PostEx now share one tracking backend, the statuses you see are the unified PostEx codes. Here's the plain-language meaning of each one and what to do.

Rider has collected the parcel and is heading to the sorting hub.

Troubleshooting

Call Courier tracking not updating? Here's what to do

  1. 1
    Wait one full working day

Scans happen at hub points, not continuously. A static status for a few hours is normal — sometimes 12–24 hours between intercity scans.

  2. 2
    Re-check the tracking number

The most common cause of 'no result' is a typo. Call Courier numbers are 14 digits — paste, don't retype.

  3. 3
    Confirm dispatch with the seller

Sometimes a seller generates a tracking number but doesn't actually drop the parcel for two or three days. The tracker only starts moving after physical pickup.

  4. 4
If the old Call Courier site shows nothing

callcourier.com.pk now redirects to postex.pk. Use the form at the top of this page — it queries the same backend with no redirect lag.

  5. 5
During Eid / sale periods, expect silence

Black Friday, 11.11, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha and Independence Day cause scan backlogs. Wait it out — a sudden burst of scans usually follows.

  6. 6
    Escalate via the seller

If there's no movement for 3+ working days, ask the seller to raise a ticket on their PostEx merchant dashboard. Sellers get faster resolution than buyers.

Call Courier tracking — frequently asked questions

Is Call Courier the same as PostEx now?
Yes. PostEx acquired Call Courier in August 2022. Call Courier operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary, and tracking has been fully merged into PostEx's logistics network. callcourier.com.pk now redirects to postex.pk/tracking — your old Call Courier consignment number is tracked through the same backend.
Can I still track an old Call Courier consignment number here?
Yes. Modern Call Courier tracking numbers are 14 digits and use the PostEx tracking system directly. Just paste the 14-digit number into the form above — there's no separate Call Courier portal anymore. If your number is in an older legacy CX- format, that's also supported.
What is the format of a Call Courier tracking number?
Call Courier tracking numbers are 14 digits long, numeric only, no spaces or dashes. Example: 28573680002427. Call Courier was one of the first Pakistani couriers to standardise the 14-digit format (rolled out in July 2021), and PostEx kept the same format after the acquisition.
Where do I find my Call Courier tracking number?
Check the dispatch SMS or email from the seller, your WhatsApp messages from the shop, or the order page on Daraz / Shopify / WooCommerce. The 14-digit number is usually labelled 'Tracking number', 'AWB' or 'Consignment number'. If you can't find it, ask the seller — they always have it on their merchant dashboard.
Why am I being redirected to PostEx when I open callcourier.com.pk?
Because Call Courier and PostEx are now a single company. Call Courier's website redirects (HTTP 301) to PostEx's tracking page so all customers — old Call Courier merchants and new PostEx merchants — use one tracking system. Both names refer to the same parcel network today.
How long does Call Courier (PostEx) take to deliver in Pakistan?
Same city: 24–48 hours. Intercity (Lahore–Karachi etc.): 2–5 working days. Same-Day Delivery is available in select metros (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi). Eid, public holidays and major sale periods (Black Friday, 11.11) typically add 1–2 days.
What does each Call Courier tracking status mean?
The statuses you'll see are PostEx statuses, since both networks now use one system. Common ones: Pending (booked, not picked up), In Transit (moving between hubs), At Destination Hub (close to you), Out for Delivery (rider has it), Delivered, Consignee Not Available (rider couldn't reach you), Return Initiated (going back to sender). See our complete status code reference.
Call Courier tracking not updating — what should I do?
Wait one full working day first — scans only happen at hub points and can be 12–24 hours apart on intercity routes. Re-check the tracking number for typos. Confirm with the seller that the parcel was actually dispatched. If there's no movement for 3+ working days, ask the seller to raise a ticket on their PostEx merchant dashboard.
What is the Call Courier helpline / customer service number?
The Call Courier helpline 042-111-786-785 is still active. The PostEx UAN (042) 111-786-227 also handles Call Courier shipments since the acquisition. Email support is at support@postex.pk. As a buyer, the fastest resolution is usually through the seller — they have direct merchant support access.
Can I track a Call Courier parcel by CNIC or phone number?
No. Like every major Pakistani courier, Call Courier (PostEx) tracking is keyed strictly by the 14-digit tracking number. CNIC and phone-number-based lookup is not supported. If you don't have the number, contact the seller.
Is callcouriertracking.com.pk an official Call Courier site?
No. Like postextracking.pk, sites like callcouriertracking.com.pk are independent third-party tracking tools — not official Call Courier or PostEx properties. The only official sites are callcourier.com.pk (which redirects to PostEx) and postex.pk.
Is this Call Courier tracking tool free?
Yes, completely free. No signup, no app install, no hidden fees. We pay for the site through unobtrusive ads only — never by charging users or collecting your data.
