Change /embed to /embed/{14DIGITNUMBER} on your thank-you page so buyers don't have to paste anything. Most stores can inject this from their order template.
- 2Match your brand color
A custom brand color makes the widget feel native to your store rather than third-party.
- 3Use compact mode for sidebars
If you're embedding in a small space (e.g. dashboard sidebar), enable compact mode to hide the full journey list.
- 4Test on mobile
60–70% of Pakistani buyers are on mobile. Always test the iframe at 375px width before going live.
- 5Keep buyers on your site
Don't link out to postex.pk — that takes the buyer out of your funnel. The embed keeps them on your store while showing live tracking.
